1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YouTube Tracker for Notion ("the Service"), operated by YouTube Tracker ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

YouTube Tracker for Notion is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to:

  • Track YouTube channel statistics (subscribers, views, video counts)
  • Monitor daily growth metrics and trends
  • Detect viral videos and track video performance
  • Automatically sync data to Notion workspaces
  • Export tracking data in CSV format

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including the YouTube Data API v3 and the Notion API. Availability and functionality of these integrations depend on the respective third-party services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service requires you to provide your own API keys for YouTube Data API and Notion. By providing these keys, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and API Terms of Service
  • You are responsible for complying with Notion's Terms of Service and API Terms
  • Your API keys are stored securely on our servers and used solely to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for any API usage costs or quota limits associated with your keys
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party API terms, pricing, or availability

The Service uses the YouTube Data API. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free: Limited to 1 channel, manual sync only
  • Pro ($24/month): Up to 15 channels, daily automated sync
  • Agency ($200/month): Unlimited channels, daily automated sync

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Recurring billing at the rate specified for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle
  • Providing accurate and complete billing information

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@channeltrack.xyz for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this 14-day period or for subscription renewals.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended use
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Exceed API rate limits or abuse the sync functionality
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The YouTube channel data tracked by the Service is publicly available information. We do not access private YouTube data or any data not accessible through the public YouTube Data API.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by YouTube Tracker and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, API keys, and Notion content. We claim no ownership over the data synced to your Notion workspace.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Third-party API outages (YouTube, Notion, Stripe)
  • Infrastructure issues beyond our control
  • Force majeure events

Daily automated syncs are scheduled and best-effort. We do not guarantee that every sync will complete successfully, as this depends on third-party API availability and your API quota.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or our business. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data synced to your Notion workspace will remain in your Notion workspace as it belongs to you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
